Exchange/Refund

Baby Pixie has a strict no refund policy (inclusive of all product and gift card sales). However, we would gladly do a one time exchange with the exception of hair accessories for each order placement if the goods sent are defected (i.e holes, buttons missing) or differs from the actual order placed. Exchange is also accepted for change of size subject to stock availability. 

If customer would like to exchange for a different item(s), the total value cannot exceed the value of the original order. In cases where the total value exceeds the value of the original order, Baby Pixie would invoice customer the difference & full payment must be made within 3 working days. If payment is not received within 3 working days of order placement, Baby Pixie reserves the right to release the item for sale again. Thus, rendering the order unsuccessful. In such cases, we will provide an exchange for the total number of items valued equal or less than the original order placed. The difference in amount would be void. 

Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from shipped out date. All items must be returned unused, unwashed, with the label intact and accompanied by the original invoice.  

Customers would have to bear the shipping fee for all products returned to Baby Pixie. Baby Pixie strongly encourages all customers to opt for registered post as we would not be held responsible for any lost goods. If the item has not been duly received by us, we would not be able to process the exchange.

We are always open to feedback from customers and would like to understand what went wrong with the product that has caused customers to request for an exchange. This information will then be fed back to our suppliers.
